Lewis & Lin Successfully Defends PolyTech.com Domain Name Against UDRP Challenge

L&L successfully defends the domain name <PolyTech.com>.  The Panel found that Respondent had established legitimate rights in a common domain name, which was a portmanteau for the Respondent’s father’s company, and a lack of bad faith registration or use.  The Panel also found that a 25-year delay in filing a complaint was evidence that the Complainant did not believe that its rights had been violated.
