Jane Jaang’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.  She has represented clients in cases involving claims of patent infringement, trademark infringement and copyright infringement in a variety of industries—from hand-held mobile device software to bridal gowns to vacuum cleaners.  In addition, she has handled cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and securities fraud claims. 

Ms. Jaang graduated from Rutgers Law School Newark as a member in the Order of the Coif.  She was also the Senior Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Review and a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Jaang worked as an associate at several law firms, including Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Ms. Jaang has extensive experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, including appearing in federal courts throughout the country and representing clients in arbitrations and mediations.
